Subject to these Terms, F1NDX™ grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the Services beyond ordinary browsing and personal learning.
Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services and may subject you to civil liability, statutory damages, and, where applicable, criminal prosecution under copyright, trademark, and related laws.

All course content, including written materials, videos, slides, quizzes, exercises, and supplementary resources, is the intellectual property of F1NDX™ or its licensors. It is provided solely for your personal educational use.
You may not record, redistribute, publish, resell, or use course material for commercial training, curriculum building, or competitive educational purposes without express written consent from F1NDX™.
Certificates of completion issued through the Services represent acknowledgment of course completion only. They do not constitute a professional certification, license, or accreditation unless expressly stated.
Certain courses or features of the Services may be offered for a fee. All fees are displayed prior to purchase and are subject to these Terms.
Payments are processed by third party payment providers. F1NDX™ does not store full payment card information on its own systems. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges associated with your purchase.
Refunds, where offered, are subject to the refund policy applicable at the time of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted via the Contact Us page.
The Services may contain links to third party websites, articles, tools, feeds, or services that are not operated by F1NDX™. Such links are provided for convenience only. F1NDX™ does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third party service.
News articles, RSS feeds, and similar third party content displayed through the Services remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. Credit and attribution are provided where applicable, and copyright in such content belongs to its original source.

The total aggregate liability of F1NDX™ arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to F1NDX™, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless F1NDX™ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any right of a third party.

F1NDX™ operates a public credential verification system at f1ndx.com/verify. By completing a certification and accepting a F1NDX™ certificate, you acknowledge that your credential is publicly verifiable. This means that anyone with your Operative ID, the 10-digit number printed on your certificate, may visit f1ndx.com/verify to confirm that your certificate is authentic. A successful verification displays your name, the course you completed, and the date of issuance. No other personal information is revealed.
Public verifiability is a core feature of F1NDX™ credentials, not an optional setting. It is what gives our certificates their legitimacy and ensures that achievements earned on this platform can be independently confirmed by employers, organizations, or any third party. This is consistent with how industry-standard credential systems and professional certification bodies operate. By earning a F1NDX™ certificate you accept this as a condition of the credential.
