F1NDX™ has established a partnership with OSMOSIS Association.
OSMOSIS Association is a professional association and standards body for the open-source intelligence community. Its work focuses on professional standards, ethical practice, practitioner development, and supporting the continued recognition of OSINT as a professional discipline.
Through this partnership, participants who complete the F1NDX™ OSINT Educational Series can receive an OSMOSIS-issued code after their training has been verified. There are two ways to qualify:
- Complete a 4-hour in-person F1NDX™ OSINT training session. Participants attend and successfully complete one of our in-person sessions, and the code is issued after completion.
- Complete the full F1NDX™ OSINT Educational Series. Participants finish all required training modules, then pass both the theoretical and hands-on exams. Completion is manually verified before the code is issued.
If you have already completed the OSINT Educational Series and received your Trace Labs badge, you can still be reviewed for eligibility. Feel free to reach out to us through our support contact, and we can verify your completion.

This verification process matters because the OSINT Educational Series is built around applied learning. Participants are expected to understand the material and demonstrate that they can use it in practice, so completion reflects more than simply progressing through course content.
